Degenerative with some trauma mixed in.
Dr has been at it for 20 years. Seems on the ball and has good reviews. I guess we'll see. He had me cracking up with his Bernie imitation and views on Obamacare.
He drew that out on the exam table paper.
I fight constipation as a result of a colon resection 20 years ago. Not looking forward to the opioids and that side effect at all.

exam table paper sketch is highly impressive, who knew one could draw/write on it? understand the peristaltic issue, thankfully not your hip/knee, being able to ambulate and move about should benefit. hopefully your opioid schedule will be minimal.

Watching the weather channel and all, it appears that everywhere in the contiguous US North of Jacksonville Fl., is being slammed by bad weather of one kind or another. All that bad weather above us has allowed the South West winds to keep the mid day temps here in Southern and Central Florida well up into the 80's.

So, lets see, yesterday, and yesterdays yesterday and even the yesterday before that the weather has been great for riding (except for Sunday during the Race of course). I've been getting out everyday for rather short 100 + mile round trips each day just about going no where in particular. Just big loops with maybe a stop for a quick bite along the way. And then there is today, which is tomorrows yesterday. I went out to get a haircut this morning after which it took nearly 3 hours and another 100 + miles to get home. Boy oh Boy, Motorcycles don't use much gas, but when you put that many miles on regularly, the gas bill for the month sure adds up...just a little at a time.

Looks like tomorrow morning will be OK with just a possibility of a shower in afternoon. Heavier rain and cool temps comming in late tommorow and Friday so I may have an excuse to say home and vegitate. After the front passes and the temps drop, by early next week the forcast is for the temps to quickly rebound at least into the high 70's. DAMN ...going to start all over again.

I quit the opioids last Monday. Gobbling Motrins since. Besides the opioid side effects sleeping in the recliner has been the worst part. Who would have thought as I can sure take a great nap in mine but a full night is hard.

Default Sunday Ride

Rode to JP, then went to Saint & Sinners to listen to some good music.
Then rode to Iron Horse for some beers and good music again.

Amazing pic at the Iron Horse. Hardly ever see any of the 50 or so bikes that are regularly neatly lined up along the edge of the road that are not BLACK baggers . Must to be a lot of out of state riders in town. .

I rode about 180 miles today, to Ft Pierce and back. I-95 both ways. Lunch with an old friend who's down south for work from Pensacola. Awesome weather but very windy.

We rode almost 300 miles yesterday. Started in Tampa had breakfast in Zephrhills then went north. Played in the Ocala National Forest then headed south for home. Lake county is some of the best riding from my home base. Brooksville is nice for short trips but yesterday was so nice we kept heading north to the forest.

Any Idea when you will make the run up to Palaka?

thinking possibly this Sunday cos I have to be in Tampa Friday Saturday. But it looks cold (for me) and I have to see if Jessica is even there on a Sunday. I'm going to call her on Wednesday. If not it will be end of March or early April. I have to organize dog care for a whole day out
