Maybe but I don’t engine brake I never have, in cars or trucks either. I’ve never liked that feeling when the vehicle slows and my *** doesn’t

Maybe they got it together later but they were pure junk in shovels, seen the chain bounce so much it wore the ears off a couple shims, spit them and got chewed up inside the primary. I have a chunk of outer so I can use the button start and have the rest open. you wouldn't believe how much that chain moves even adjusted.

I got into the habit with the old iffy drum brakes and running just a rear on choppers, didn't engine brake you weren't stopping
