You're from AL and don't wave to people from your p/u?? I lived in Marshall TX for 12 years and you always did the "index finger off the steering wheel salute at a stop sign or red lite. " I always acknowledge oncoming riders, or those that pull up beside me at a stop. Don't matter what they are on or if they wave back It is a brotherhood/sisterhood thing, and hey sometimes you can't wave don't let it trouble you enjoy the ride itself

Thought this was gonna be easy. I wave if I make eye contact. Dont wave at power Rangers. On Harley most wave. On Trike people with unusual vehicles wave.
In Mustang everyone scowls but American Auto owners all smile and wave. Well I am in England so dont see American Autos all that often. Damn I'm confused whether to wave or not. I'll pretend I never saw anyone. lol waves to all in thread.

Seem easy enough and not that big a hassle, someone's nice enough to wave hello, I'll wave back. Not really a lot of effort to take your hand off the grip.

Usually a "low five" kinda acknowledgment.
