How do you feel about blocking intersections?
And staying together as a group is not a bad thing. Maybe it's a noob ride where a group of people are taking a few new riders out to show them the ropes. Would you rather they get separated and do something stupid because they're behind you and trying to pass an catch up? Not everyone here was a perfect rider when they got on their bike.
I think the people calling others arrogant, selfish, etc... are the same people that would blow their lid the moment tried to lane split past them even if they were in a state where it were legal. Would those people also intentionally try and put themselves into the middle of a group of riders at a stop sign instead of letting everyone get caught up together? It's usually pretty obvious when a group of bikes are on a ride.
We're all riders here.

Doesn't have anything to do with being a perfect rider, but with being always aware that if we expect cagers to share the road with us, we damn well better share it with them.
How would you feel if some cager saw your group coming and blocked the intersection so that a stream of cars could get through? Wouldn't matter why. Your group is your situation and problem, no one else's.
If the new rider is not ready for traffic, what the hell is he doing on the road? He sure as hell isn't going to get ready with you controlling traffic for him!

-big church near me that has fake traffic folks trying to block traffic; I honk, flip them off and hate religion more!
-Large numbers have the right to block anything anytime
-Sounds like some po-pos don't want to go after the real bad boys but instead do the safe thing and stake out stop signs and nail people for slow rolling stops.
-But some dumbass parks his bike in the way thinking I'm going to miss the green so a bunch of other dumasses can run a red, not going to happen. I'll go around him. The guy running the red better be alert, he may just end up t-boning a full size 3/4 ton pickup.
-that's the obvious cop answer
-What cop in his right mind would give a bunch of southern rednecks an escort, other than jail
-Do that to just about any group of bikes and you can count on a beat down that would stop traffic for longer than a few minutes, especially yours
-I got 3 tons of steel that you're gonna have to stop
-your going to purposely hit a biker...what a piece of ****
-some are completely retarded and get mirrors kicked off
-You live where you can't ride half the year, your women have hairy legs and serve you food with the head on it. You wear cheese on your heads for heavens sake. Your women have that nasal tone in their voice like fingernails on a chalkboard Your roads are too crapppy to ride without damaging a bike and your cars fall apart after about 3 years from rust.
