Default Shorted rear lights, now it wont start

I was wiring tail lights and bumped hot wires together. Heard fuse blow and replaced it but now when I turn ignition on it wont start. It's like no power to ignition. Lights work, gauges work but start up dash lights don't light. Anyone have a clue for what to check? I pulled main fuse and let it sit for a while and that didn't help. Help!

Check with a 12v tester, not just by eye. I've been fooled before.

Thanks guys... Got her fixed. It was the Battery Fuse. I assumed it was good because I had some lights in dash working.. Ended up pulling every one of them and checked with a tester. All good now!
