When I pick up my new 2015 RGS one of the thing they told me was that the top end of the motor was going to be noisier and not to worry compare to my 2011. It is noisier than my old one why is that, what different in the engine beside the cams?
Also I noticed that my lever clutch engage just about at the end when I release it, I have to let it go all way out to engage. It works fine just wondering if that is normal or not.

cams are a huge difference- that would likely answer you first question.
the cams are what make the valves open and close...not only how far they open, but how quickly they open.
clutch adjustment is key.
if the clutch appears to be functioning properly, then adjust the cable so that your lever action is more comfy.
IF you have problems, then that shows you need to "do-over" and adjust the clutch, then readjust the cable***.

***juice clutch...never mind...

Hydraulic clutch.....I don't believe there will be any cable adjustment.....
Can't speak to the cams but I just picked up a 2015 RK and the clutch engages immediately. There is practically zero play in it. I actually expected some and damn near stalled taking off the first time because I wasn't ready. I love it the way it is.
