I have the O2 sensors for my S&S VFI ecm, just don't know where to mount them ( where to drill the holes for the bungs). Have the ceramic coated V&H headpipes, so will have to have them recoated after getting the bungs welded in.

They should be mounted 4" to 12" from the exhaust flange according to instruction sheet 106-0048. You should be able to get away with painting the welded area with high heat paint.

Dan, it is a blast to ride. I can't remember how longs it's been since I could let go of the throttle at a stoplight without it dying. It runs like it should now. The stepper motor to engine temp was the key to getting it to idle. The auto tune had given me a good baseline, but there were a lot of peaks and valleys in the fuel map. When we got it on the dyno, I had to average all of these areas out to get a smooth torque curve. We did not change the timing tables, we played around with them but found that the bike did not like any changes here. Once I got the dyno tune where I wanted it, I turned off the closed loop but kept the adaptive maps turned on. That way I could keep the cylinder trim without the closed loop messing with my new tune.
