Just how pissed off I am at their after sales backup.
My 2010 Road king got just a little bit dusted in a slow speed laydown due to an idiot driver.
I insurance all good...Harley you suck...over 8 weeks to get a painted front fender from the factory, wherever that is now....probably bloody Asia somewhere.
That is pathetic....Bet Victory would bust their chops to take care of one of its riders, as they are trying to gain ground wheras Harley seem to think they own it
Your bike is 5 yrs. old and you think they should have a fender your color just sitting there waiting for you? Or better yet, have the painters clean out their guns and just spray yours out of turn?
How is it you would like them to address your problem? Maybe put you in front of everyone else with an order in for painted parts? You could always buy a new special painted set of tins..
If that's how you feel, put a for sale sign on your HD, and get yourself a vic. Wreck that one and then see if they "bust their chops" for you. Good luck.
Yep!! Ride a Victory then..... I'll keep my Harley and ride it proudly! I'm not impressed at all with Victory's bikes...
And I know of one unwitting dupe who thought his 106" Blacked-out Vic, with V&H pipes was gonna run with my
"somewhat stock-sounding" Harley a couple years ago. Shut him right down, as he turned into a spec in my rear view mirror.
I even slowed to around 50 mph (in a 60 mph zone), but by that point, he wasn't in such a hurry any longer.
As KCwildguy says, they do not have your part on a shelf waiting for an order. Had to replace my tank and it was about 7 weeks, and i am in USA. Be patient partner.
The dealer will not release the bike until it is fully repaired otherwise I would have done that. The Insurance company also insists on that and all parts must be brand new but thanks for your thoughts Roadie09. The guys have explained quite well at the start as to why HD take so long and I am now happy with that. Nice 15 you have there
unless your laws are very different the dealer can't hold your bike, my insurance company was the same but after paying 3000 bucks for a couple weeks rental they quickly agreed to let the dealership put a "loner " fender on till the new one came in.
Not here, local Indian dealer still has 2014 bikes in stock.
most Harley dealers here also have 2014 and some 2013's sitting on the floor. the Indians here are selling like crazy. but honestly that really means nothing. it depends on how many models a dealer is allotted.

you are comparing a stock victory to a not stock Harley... seriously?
