Louder Mufflers

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the loudest, what level of sound does removing the CAT have on muffler noise? I have a 2014 Limited with Fuel Moto Jackpot mufflers

3 maybe 4 not much difference just less heat more then anything else.

I picked up a radio shack sound meter and checked the Street Cannons last year - as I recall there's about 3db difference, cat vs. no cat

+ 1 On maybe from a 3 to a 4. I would think if your mufflers real load it will go from a 6 to a 7.

if stock is 1, then no cat is 2 - about twice as loud (3db)

I barely noticed the difference with removing the cat while running FM 4" Jackpots

I dont care for loud. Prefer to hear my tunes. I like the volume and sound with the cat removed. If not loud enough then change mufflers. 3 db gain is quiet a bit.
