Default ECM Status

Purchase my road king used. After doing a number of modifications (cams, a/c, PCV). How do I determine if the ECM is stock or not? Thanks.

If by stock, you mean NO Stage 1 download, just see if it revs to 5500 rpm's or 6250 rpm's

Just have it tuned. The new tune will override what's in it now.
