Just got to the point of being able to ride my 2007 FLHTPI former police bike after a 2 year build. The clutch would slowly loosen up after 5 minutes or so. I would keep readjusting, now the clutch bolts holding the spring are interfering with the primary cover.
With the primary off and the clutch readjusted, the clutch will not spring back after pulling the handle. I have read about the brass rivets shearing, but would that cause an interference with the primary cover?
HELP!! I am moving soon and need to be able to get this thing on the truck!
