If you removed the power commander they wont know it was there, and therefore you wont be bothered by warranty issues. Take it in.
Besides, they'd have to prove the power commander caused the problem, not just claim it did without checking
I am 100 miles from the dealer. If the bike runs fine without the PC I will do that. I did disconnect the PC and plug the connectors back to the ECM and the bike would still not start in gear. I figured the cruise would still not work but didn't try it.
Vickers1 posted a cruise control fix for power commander. I will try that also.
The changes to the bike are as follows; de-cat head pipe, new air breather and SE Nitestick mufflers.
i have a new 2015 CVO SG.
also while riding in the rain I have now NO cruise control, NO gear indicator light & can only start bike in neutral. Pulling clutch in & trying to start in gear is a no go..
I have contacted my local HD dealer & they say they have never heard of this problem.
What is the fix for this problem ??

I have 2015 CVO Limited. I lost use of Cruise due to bad fuel module. Engine light came on. Bike would run in limited mode. Took bike to dealer ran the codes and 2 weeks later Harley sent a new module.
