Has any one got the free dealer installed software "Engine Idle Temperature Management System" which shuts off the rear cylinder during idle on the new 2007 road kings or electra glide models. If so how do you like it and are there any problems with it. Anything you can tell me about this system will help me decide if I want to get it also. Thanks

 

I know its free but there is better ways of gettingbetter results.Its going to cost you some.Doing a Sert,PC111 or TM will get youmore enjoyment across entire powerband.The free download is only a bandaid.

I don't think (if I had a '07) I would do it. Don't like the idea of my bike running on one cylinder. Try a fuel management system first. The switch hd does can only be done and removed once,for free. So make sure you have done everything you can afford to do first, then mess with the 'free' download, if you still need to.
