Personally I have a 5 3/4in daymaker, and while NO its certainly not the brightest or best illuminating light out there, it does its job well enough and works much better than the factory H4 halogen bulb. It's got projectors so the light is spread nicely and has a spot function when high beam is on, so if you want more light I would look into auxiliary lighting rather than replacement.
