I would appreciate your thoughts on which of these headers I should buy. The price is within a few dollars and both will use stock crossover and heat shields. My goal is not peak numbers but rather to remove the cat to reduce the heat and deepen the sound of my bike. I know that with the cat no longer in place the bike will have better exhaust flow. I have a set of Full Boar Mufflers with a two inch baffle, I will also change the breather to a Big Sucker. I will be using a tuner and I'm undecided on that, Xieds, Accel Stealth, or FP3. I know there is many other options available however I must remain budget minded about this upgrade. Thanks in advance--------------------------

Here is the other option, I could only paste one link in my original post.-------------------http://www.amazon.com/Rush-Exhaust-Ecofriendly-Headers-Chrome/dp/B00HXC48GU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449150486&sr=8-1&keywords=rec17

I went with the Fullsac DX header. Supposed to help with performance and reduce heat from the cat. FWIW the cat causes very little restriction in the exhaust system. Just the heat.
You can't go wrong with either Fuel Motorcycle or Full Sac headpipes.
I have put over 30k miles on my Fuel Moto stainless header on 2 different bikes with no issues.
Fuel Moto has great service and can help you with a tuner and a great tune to match everything up.

Between the 2 choices I would say go with Rush simply because I know the name and they are good quality. Have you considered a stock header with the cat removed? Not sure how much cheaper they are but I know they are out there on ebay etc. That could save you even more $.
Thanks for the suggestions. Fuelmoto is great I know that. It would be nice to just pick up the phone and give them a call and get it done that way. But that just is not going to happen. I must seek out and purchase the most I can for the least amount of money. Not crying here that is just how it is. Thanks for your thoughts good info

That is a consideration but I think my budget can get it done with one of these low cost headers. Thanks
