Comfort stiched for stock seat. It is up to you if you go with fixed or adjustable. I personally have the fixed and am happy as I don't see the need to put the thing forward anymore and will be getting Wild One Chubby 575's for handlebars which will allow me to lean back a little. It's basically a difference between $100

Does this fold over for passenger mount and dismount? What does it take to install one?
I have the fixed and it workd fine. To mount it all you do is take the seat off, bolt the bracket to the fender and reinstall the seat putting the backrest in place. the adjustable one needs a bit more effort put into it for install. They do come forward for the passenger to get on and off, just a little bit.
I have the adjustable one, but if I had a do-over, I would probably go with the fixed one because of the added 1" of space the adjustable requires and because it makes removing the seat to get to battery cables pure Hell. Also, I rarely change the angle of the backrest anyway.
