Just finished installing my 1.25" 10" KhromeWerks Bobber Bagger Bars. Used nylon twine to pull the wires through. Also used the Scream'n Eagle TBW with no green plug. Right side...pulled it through first, then the 12 wires together as a bundle as others have said. No lube...took a bit but not as bad as I thought it would be. Left side (14 wires) went easier because of no TBW. Now mind you, the KhromeWerks don't have any of the sharp bends. Just be patient and push & pull as previously mentioned. When done...well worth it. Love my new bars!!
UPDATE
So I finally got the right side finished. I thought I set a new record for using the f word! Basically I stripped everything off of the wires, heat shrink and all. I removed half the wire extensions then bundled all 12 wires together with electrical tape, then pushed them all threw at the same time with wire lube. Once I got it past that first sharp turn I was all good. Thanks for all the help. Now today I will do the left side, then start to install everything.
When I go to remove the transmission case to replace the clutch cable. Do I need to drain the tyranny first? Or is there a way I can do it with out having to drain it?
UPDATE
So I have got the bars installed and I now have the brake line installed and bled. I put the bike up on a 2x8. And just have the clutch cable left. Did anybody out the grease in the cover where the ball bearing go?

Some people put a little bit of grease just to hold the ball in place so it is easier to install the seat and cable without the ball falling out.
So far so good. Great that you are sticking with it and doing it yourself. Some people would have took it, lock stock and barrel, to someone to finish and paid out the nose for the work.
