Check your plugs and plug wires. Had same code on my sons heritage a year or so ago. Plug wire wasn't pushed down onto the plug.

as above check the plug wire boot is on the plug- seen a few riders dislodge this on wash day

if your mpg number is typical that shows a real tuning problem unless you are running + 80 MPH all day long.

in terms of plugs and wires, stock spec wires and plugs give best results ( see "ion sense")

a misfire can be spark or spark timing- too little fuel, too much fuel or valve timing due to cams or pushrod length- or efi problem fuel pressure or volume ( filter?), ecm programming via a tuner, ion sense or o2 sensor acting up

did it run better before you did any work? - can this change be tracked down to any recent changes with the bike?

It pulls better with the new cams. I've had it tuned by 2 different people. But it was after the cams that the fuel mileage went to crap. I'm usually a pretty conservative rider

with that it could well be the plug is fouled, pull it and see if it is wet- does your oil smell like gas? if so change it right away
