Complaining about a dealer without naming the dealer casts doubts on all dealers... if that is the intent, fine, but it isn't helpful to others.

Very few people have a "choice" of dealers within the towing limits of their policies.

If you do the work yourself then you end up in a battle with a dealer when warranty issues arise... even if it's clear that changing the tail light bulbs have nothing to do with your starter failing.

A dealer can be good for a while then have the employees so peed off that he loses those that made him good.

Around and around we go where we stop nobody knows.

I was recently at a local dealer where the service desk was manned by the service advisor & parts dept. manager from another local dealer. They got as tired of the BS at their original dealer as the customers.
