So, my apology for the long post, but I want to lay it all out and what I've done:......
I unplugged the brake/sig module and the brake light illuminates when the brakes were applied, BUT, the left side turn signal was out. Ok, off to the store I went and replaced all of the rear bulbs. I triple checked connections, grounds, even disassembled the front control to make sure I didn't have a broken tab.... No broken tab.
Brake switch relay under the left cover functions fine. All fuses and circuits in good shape.
I reinstalled the module? Apply the brakes? They stay lit.
I'm dumbfounded. I don't know where else to check.
It's very frustrating and I'm ready to set it on fire.
Help me not burn my bike down!!!!!
I had a similar issue. I have ALL LED lighting. So no bulbs to trick the system with amp issues. My rear left turn signal would intermittently not come on and the front would flash quickly like a burnt out bulb. I solved my issue months ago with finding a new ground for the system. Just a thought.
Well, I removed the module and checked all of my grounds. Had it up on the Jack and with the ignition on, everything seemed to work fine.
Bad module, right?
Nope. Getting even more strange. Turn signals blink at a normal rate then increase like a filament is out.... But it's intermittent.
Depress either brake lever.... Brake light illuminates ALONG WITH THE RIGHT SIDE TURN SIGNAL.

Haven't looked up in the fender since I *thought* it was working properly with the module removed. Went out for a ride and all this other weird **** came back.
DV - When this occurs see if the turn signal goes out if you hit the brake lever/pedal a second time. If yes then there is most likely a short between the brake light wire and the turn signal wire. Check to see that insulation between those wires has not worn so that they touch each other.
