I have 600 miles on my '17 SGS and I'm still VERY impressed with it's performance over all. I did put the SE Street Cannons on it and although the book now says you should use the Harley Street Tuner even for those
, I see no issues of lean conditions at all. Judging by Fuel Motos dyno runs, it ran pretty rich in open loop anyway. Although not topic related, a black dash and engine guard is at the powder coater now.
This is one fine looking bike!!!! I simply love it.
Your bike looks Bad A$$; the orange and black pops. Looking at doing a RGS in similar fashion. Enjoy!
i saw an RGS in that Orange the other day and it looks great !
surprised me since i'm not normally a big fan of orange bikes OR RG's .
also saw a SGS in that hard candy gold with black flames and it's a good thing i didn't have my checkbook with me , i'd have been severely tempted !
The hard candy line is just a tad over the top for me. The metallic in this Laguna Orange really pops in the sun but it's a finer metallic. So far so good on the SE Mufflers with no tuner, runs great, pulls like a tractor when you roll it on. I may not even complete the usual Stage 1 with A/C and tuner on this one.

So just to be clear you are running the Black SE slip-ons only. Also that's the black exhaust shield set?
I'm sure Fuel Moto took a break for the holiday and will be back posting soon with more tuning info. I'm curious when the other big name aftermarket guys will show up with performance and tuning stuff as well.

Now if they made a Road Glide Ultra in the Laguna Orange...not sure I could resist
