The chamfer you cut helped me since my bracket isn't quite straight. Slides right into the groove no problemo. I'll definitely let you know when my rear bushings go
Can't recommend your work highly enough!

Thanks Ken, good news for sure, I scared the hell outta my riding buddy next door a Goldwinger, went to put the T/P on and pushed to put it on the Alum bushing's and the bike moved a little on the kickstand he about freaked and jump like it was gonna fall on him[sm=icon_rofl.gif]Gotta love those locking jiffy stands! Glad to hear yall are starting to get them, and that they are fitting and fixing the problems, Ken when you get ready for those rear bushing's let me know Oh how did you like that angle I machined into the front bushing, did it help you ring the slot or just look good Whew this wild turkey is starting to really go down good now [sm=icon_guiness.gif]Thanks for the update Ken and glad you liked them!
How much for the Tour Pak set of 4? Looks like a GREAT product for what I am sure will be a problem shortley even though my ride is new. I want to be proactive, instead of reactive. Actually I'm not sure there are not rattling already...........

Correction they are already rattling and loose. When I went out on my maiden voyage last night I kept hearing what I thought was the lid rattling as if it was not locked down or the latches were loose. Until I just read this post I did not realize that it is the bushings instead. Just went out to the Garage and yep they suck. Thats what the problem was... I will look forward to your fix info.
