Just recently got myself a 2010 Street Glide, sold my Fat Bob about a year ago and really wanted another Harley and couldn't pass this one up. Love everything about the bike, except im pretty sure that is a 2.15 inch wide wheel on the front. If anyone can confirm by the pictures, i know they only make them in 21x2.15 and 21x3.5 and this looks way narrow. It has Dunlop 120 70 21 tire on it, and it definitely looks pulled in to me. I plan to buy the correct 3.5 wide wheel, since it already has the matching 18x5.5 on the back. I also ordered the Arlen Ness Big brake kit, since it only has the one stock caliper, maybe some day upgrade to 6 piston, but that should be fine for now. The bike has the vance and hines pro pipe, PM air cleaner, fuel moto tuner, bunch of aftermarket audio equipment, and a lot of black powder coat. I look forward to being part of the community. The Dyna forum helped me out so much before, so i'm sure there will be ton of good info on the tourer forums.
Does that bike not have abs then? Without it should come factory with dual front brakes. Whoever put the wheel on prob ditched it for the look. The line could be plugged at the splitter. That would make it easier to add the other brake. If you do upgrade to the brembo 6 piston I think you have to change the master or the brakes are very touchy and want to lock up. Buddy put em on his 03 and had scary brakes for a week.

Yea the guy did just ditch the other side, I could buy another caliper and rotor for the right side, but it seems easier/cheaper to go with the 14" on the side that's already there, and should stop just about as well as dual disk I would think. Plus I think it does look better with the bigger wheel. I'm going to put on a 9/16 master cylinder for now too, I read that will make the single 4 piston caliper feel like it is supposed to.
Very nice ride. Welcome to the touring family.
On another note. If you are going to keep that shifter. Get rid of the ends and put heim joints on the ends so you do not experience that episode. Just my 2 cents. Ride safe man enjoy the ride.
Save the old connectors from the shifter. So if you see someone on the side of the road and their shifter let go. Here you go
