First bike in all my life I haven’t felt the need to change. Wasn’t sure about the bars initially as I usually like taller, but even those have grown on me. Power, sound and feel are all satisfying to me. There’s a nice balance to all of them.
I enjoy seeing everyone’s mods, but still haven’t been bit by the bug for my own.
Has anyone with the RKS figured out how to mount the Paul Yaffee monkeybars ? I've heard a few on here that were in the process of doing it but then ran into issues with the install. I'm still waiting to put mine on so a little insite on what is needed to compensate for the difference in bar diameter would be great..

If you got the Monkey bars that step down to 1" at the riser, you have to get the Road King Standard riser. If you got the bars that are 1.25" all the way across, you should not have any problems. I ran a set on a Road King CVO and Road Glide CVO and no issues.

What he said. I put on 12" Monkey Bars and used the standard road king 1" clamp.
Do you have a picture of the top of the clamp? Or a link to the one you used?
I tried to use Yaffe's 1" riser for the Monkey Bars, but the OEM clamp cover wouldn't fit over it, so I went with the standard Road King risers (HD 57450-14 and 57451-14) which are shorter, and the Yaffe Super Clamp. http://baggernation.com/item.php?iid=75

Are those factory lights? Doesn't look like it. You're being a little rough on MS - you can't expect them to try fitment with every single aftermarket part out there.
That said, those brackets look like they have the lights way further out then the factory kit, so looking at the fairing it looks like it would fit. You could always pick one up from somewhere with a liberal return policy (like J&P cycles) and try it out. If it doesn't fit, return it...
