Swapped out the OEM head pipe for a FuelMoto stainless Jackpot I bought off a member here. Exhaust note is a little deeper and you get more lope from the torque cam. No fitment issues but they do require the SE flat exhaust gaskets.

Nice job! You might even have clearance now to remove the beauty cover to flush your clutch fluid now without having to loosen the header pipe and brackets like us stock exhaust guys have too.

thatd be nice! I still had to loose my Cobra headers to be able to access slave cylinder. Not a super big deal, but removing/re-installing the heat shields is annoying

Wow Oscar you have to remove your heatshields with the Cobra header? Maybe the stock system isn't so bad afteall.
That's a bummer bro. Regardless of the make of header pipe it takes longer to access the bleeder valve than it does to bleed the system lol.
yup. 1 hour to get an access, 5 minutes to bleed, 1 more hour to put it back together. Its crazy. Harley engineers couldve pointed the bleeder valve at the angle and add a little pop plug to the bottom of the cover. Would be much easier

I agree especially knowing we are supposed to bleed it and the brakes every two years. Reminds me of some of the crazy engineering on the jet engines I used to wrench on. Made you scratch your head and utter some colorful language for sure. At least HD switched the screw pattern of the rear brake reservoir cover to make access easier. On my 04 RKC the one cover screw is situated right under the header pipe bend.
