There are a couple 2016's Tourers at Columbia Harley in TN.
Prices are around $21,000............

A few of their Anniversary paint schemes over the years have been just great, whether they are badged up or not!

Well, I'm finding out that I'm not quite getting the deal I wanted on a new 2016. Dealership is acting as if the things haven't depreciated when it is 2 years old. Also raping me on trade.

Oh well, I'll ride what I have. The story might change on these 2016's when the 2018's arrive.

So as heavymetalthunder said, deals are scarce as hen's teeth.

^^^I guess I'm not surprised.

Well, they can wait a few more years and sell them as unused museum pieces at more than msrp.

That is exactly what I found when I went looking back in April. Fiancially it made no sense to go with a 16. The deals were better on the 17's including trade.
