Had a Harley shop install a RTB controller several weeks ago. Plug and play. Anyway, I turned the switch over to the acc postion to turn on the stereo and the turn signal/running lights came on. Is this normal or do I need to take a trip back over to the shop?
This is on an '09 Electra Glide Classic.
Thanks!
Tried googling this problem but everybody just wants to sell one, not discuss problems with it.
If you remove the Orange power wire to the Module, and solder on a 7.5 amp fuse to the orange power wire, then crimp on a ring terminal, and go to the POSITIVE + side of the battery, you will solve several problems. This will also help with radio noise thru your speakers as well. It is also good to have the R/B/T Module on a separate 7.5 fuse, for added protection to the wiring. You can pick up the fuse holder & fuse, at any auto parts store.
