Robert, I just talked to my dad who's a retired deputy, we dont know about Texas but in alot of states leaving the scene of an "injury" accident is a FELONY. Check it out and get with the DA and the "OFFICERS" superiors imideattly!

He contacted a lawyer this morning and has a follow up doctors visit on thursday. This morning he about couldnt get out of bed due to his neck and back tightening up on him. He is afraid that he is going to get taken to the cleaners over this deal considering the bike was new as of Sept of last year. Neither insurance ccompany has come to look at the bike but her insurance sompany has called at least a doen times since yesterday afternoon. This is a real $hitty situation. I hope that it all works out in the long run. Thank yall for your concerns and I aill try to keep all posted as more news unwinds.

Dont talk to the other insurance company's lawyers! NEVER! They will try to get you to say something that they can use against you later... Ask me how I know... If tey call, just tell them that you are in contact with your own attorney and they can talk to him.
