Default New front tire
Looking at needing a new front tire on my 12 Roadglide ultra. Put a Michellin on there less than 10k ago and it is about shot. Looking at putting the Dunlop American Elite, but every place I look the price is exactly the same. What is up with that?

Hmm free market and competition come to mind. Of course some accept price fixing/setting as a fact of life.

I still don't understand the OP's issue. A 12-oz can of Diet Coke costs pretty much the same almost anywhere you go. I wouldn't exactly call that price fixing.

I can see why... he's not buying a can of coke he's buying a tire which usually costs as much as 150-200 cans hence the wanting a deal.
