Drain plug for primary

Default Drain plug for primary

My 06 kr has the drain plug on the side of the clutch cover (right under the derby cover)not on the bottom as the manual says,anybody see this too

The primary drain plug on the 07 and later tourers are the same as the crank and tranny plugs and are underneath. On your 06, it is a different plug and is indeed under the derby cover.

Thanks second time myclymer manual gave me wrong info,it's for 2006-2009 flh/flt touring

HD manual is the way to go. Clymer will not be accurate as you can see.

If your manual is for 06-09, what per chance does it say for capacities in the tranny and primary? Just curious as the capacities are different in 06 than they are for 07-09.
