Its done , I gained about 3/4 " , i found Dawgs write up but theres differences between the 08 and 09 His tour pack was 3 hole and mounted through the round support bar , Mine is 4 bolt and bolts through flat channel welded across between the round support bar

I gained an full 3/4 and just had the wife on the bike and it makes a big difference so happy for now
