Bike with the 5 screw pattern are generally an older generation of bike. (Windshield) Newer bikes are 3 screws. I had a 93 Electra Glide. The 5 screw windshields are kinda limited out there. I think the 3 screw started in 2008? FYI
I texted this guy about the fairing he said it's still available but when I inquired about possible brand I never heard back from him. I'll try again and see.

Don't know when they started but my '07 has 3 screws.
5 screw fairings ended some time in the mid-nineties. But they also did not have round speaker holes. My guess would be that's just a fairing for use on a bike that doesn't already have one with whatever speakers/radio you can get to fit.

Maybe. That seller closed out several years ago. Bought on ebay closeout for $115 shipped. Should have bought more. It came with clear and med brown/reddish tint shields. Ran it on the softie, now the RK. The CL faring brackets could be for a RK or Softie. Ask seller to measure bolt holes c to c. The shiney/glossy outer shell is probably gel coat that looks ok, see pics. 3 or 5 shield bolt holes does not matter. When Long Ride Shields has a sale, or 2nds for $20, just drill your own holes.
1995 was the last year for the 5 hole models, 1996-2013 are 3 hole. The aftermarket 5 hole fairings are NOT the same bolt pattern as the HD 5 hole and are not wide enough.
