So after removing the headlight and still not finding the connector, I gave up and took it to the HD shop. Took about 15 minutes for them to discover that the connector was already in use by the 2.5 mini headphone jack that I had installed when I bought the bike. They moved the connector to the upper left side of the radio bracket and secured it to the underside. I saw this and wondered if that particular plug matched, but never went further because it was taken.
So...You get 1 accessory connector that handles multiple applications. You have to choose whats more important. So I unplugged the 2.5 jack cable and moved the connector back to the front, installed the CB and I am squawking now. I never would have though the 2.5 jack would have connected there, I assumed it went straight to the radio. I learned something new today.

This isn't either/or. You can have both. The aux jack would have to be re-pinned into the CB harness. There are instructions included with the jack when new, or they can be found online.
