Good luck on the front end man, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed.
We have numerous accounts. I have what I call, my Fun Fund. From that I buy my camera gear, motorcycle parts, guns, etc. I put a little in each check and everything I get from side work I do. But she's a banker and the bank manager of a large corporation I know you've heard of. There's no hiding it from her. I got the go ahead before I made the call. Paid her the cash, and put the GPs and Kraus kit on the card for some killer cash back reward points.

Crap, well you’re only halfway screwed though because it’s your toy fund.

I try to be reasonable and only blow on large 4-5k purchases a couple of times a year.

This year I was unreasonable 🤣. I bought 2 Harley’s, wrecked one, rebuilt it, scissored the crank, bought another while I decide what to do it with that one now that I think it’s cursed. So I basically blown 4 times my toy budgets for the year with 1 road trip left this year and 3 planned for next year already.

Thank god for separate bank accounts and working overtime whenever I want to make up for it 😂😂

Mostly done now. Still gotta chop the mullet off, but I’m finally happy with suspension sing swapping to a full Geezer setup front and rear. Blows progressive away for mid stroke support, adjustability, and confidence.

Now I gotta somehow locat a prodigy rear wheel and determine iif I’m building a 124 in Texas winter (February) just just leaving it as is with a 475 cam.

I deleted the ignition yesterday in preparation for the Kruas risers and MX bar sitting on the bench. The bar itself is at powder coat getting the cherry red treatment that matches my wheels and a few other goodies.

You won't like it, you'll LOVE it! I switched from Factory 47 14" apes to the Kraus setup last year on my old '15, then swapped all that gear to my '21. Still have the old '15 and took it for a ride the other day with Factory 47 14" bars and realized how much better the Kraus setup is.

I'll be curious to know what you think of the GP cartridges when you get some miles on them. I went with the 30mm BBP Ohlins, and they're good, but I'm always looking for something better......

I went from 10" mini apes to the Kraus Wolf One Kit on my Road Glide and absolutely love the Kraus set up. I have the 10" pullback risers and after about a month of riding, I added the Raptor pull back plate. This improved the ergonomics for me and allowed me to lower the gauges to the point where I can see 90% of the infotainment screen.

The only downside is that I have 28" wide handlebars, which are reasonably narrow, because of this it's difficult to see objects that are directly behind me. I'm looking for mirrors with longer stems to resolve that issue.

Kraus does not offer trees for the fork mounted fairing, but I don't have a need to change the trees. The stock 49mm legs are going to be enough with the GP guts. I still have the drop down kit for the fairing mounted mirrors, so I don't foresee an issue with rearward visibility, but I think I'd like to go with bar mounted mirrors at some point, specifically the ones you have Darkstar. I like those.

I have the T Rex plate and the 10" straight risers installed. Did that yesterday. Tightened the neck bearings too. But no matter how hard I try, I can get it to 4cm swing or too tight. I can't hit the 6cm swing I was wanting. The adjustment was getting so tight it felt like it wasn't moving, but pressure on it changed the swing to too tight, so I had to back it off.

Here's where I'm at with it. The apes on there were so I could move the bike. I'm not leaving it this way. The MX bar is in powder coat getting the cherry red treatment. From test fitting everything, I have more pull back than with the apes, and the hand position is going to be more narrow, but slightly higher. Funny, enough, that's exactly what I was hoping I could get my apes to do. So fingers crossed, but my hands feel like they're going to be exactly where I wanted them to be.

@ NoRegerts

The setup is looking great. I always envy people who can do their own work.

If I had an SG, I definitely would not have spent the extra cash for the top triple tree. On the RG, however, it looks a little rough and the extra expense was worth it.

I saw a video from Laidlaw HD that shows a top triple tree prototype cover from RSD, it looks pretty good.
