I would drain the old gas out. Charge the battery & have it load tested. Then put a little fresh gas in and see if it will fire up first. If she starts shut her down immediately. Then do a three hole oil change, plus brake fluid, and fork oil. Check the date on the tires. If they are old, or suspect swap them out. Add some seafoam into the tank, and add more gas, and take her for a ride. Deal with any other issues as they pop up.

I'd do all the above plus check the tires for flat spots and age. If over 5 years old I'd be changing them before riding to much.
