I never post bad reviews but I wanted to share this with anyone living in my area of Arizona...
I had an issue about scheduling repairs for my bike and I politely told them I would just pick up the parts and be done. I asked my mom to pick them up (she's 70) because it was close to her house and when she got there Bob started yelling at her. I called him up later to see what the issue was and he literally told me to come up there and fight him. The guy is insane. If you live in this area, do NOT deal with this place.
That's insane customer service! Although my mom is also in her 70's and had it been her, she woulda either shot or stabbed him, your mom sounds a little nicer than mine.

I avoided going back because I knew it was going to be a problem. I thought sending my old mom up would keep things from escalating. Wrong. This guy is insane.
