pappa .... I use the AmsOil Severe Gear for my tranny and the 20w50 for the crank and Primary.

Love the SevereGear in the Tranny and amsoil 20w50 in the Primary.... slips right into "N" without having to see-saw back and forth on the shifter-arms to find it.

I had all the fluids changed out at 1k with amsoil (just what I described above) and Just re-swapped 'em all again at 10k. This way I try and ensure all the dino is gone. The tranny and Primary came out ... looking just like it was put in. Just a lil bit of metal on the magnets but nothing much at all.

I must say .. After swapping all 3 holes .... makes a difference. Noticed it 2 min into my ride where it just felt 'smoother'.

Easiest way is to either 'join' as a dealer or as a "PREFERRED CUSTOMER".

1yr for Preferred Customer is $20.

If you ride a lot and change fluids often you will save good $$$

Just buying 1 case of 20w50 synthetic is $109.60.

Get the Preferred Customer Membership for $20 and the case drops to $78.60. So even with buying the 1yr Preferred Customer Registration .... still comes to only $98.60 which is still $11 less than just buying a case of asmoil from them directly.

Shipping is very fast. Usually only a couple days and you have it on your doorstep.

Last but not least.... if you want to try and find a dealer near you:

http://www.amsoil.com/dealerlocatorresults/

This will allow you to put in your zip code to find those who are 'dealers' around your area (usually individuals) where you can get the oil from. However they charge you full retail for the oil.
