I've handed my bike over to Bruce rossmeyer's in Daytona since I've had the bike. Trust me.... I feel stupid for even asking.

So I'm going to save about $3,000 this year and do it myself. Haha.

I have the same bike and year. The numbers above work for me. 43,000 miles.

Joe: I think I am the 4th in line to say.....exactly. At least for my 2012 road glide. If the primary is dry, then the manual calls for 42 oz, I believe. And again, if I am not mistaken, I think the manual calls for more oil in the engine than 3 qts., but I have found it to be too much, and then blows out through the intake and makes a freakin mess.

Don't have either manual or owners manual.

Hopefully someone can confirm. Thanks to all!
Lots of good reasons to own a FSM when doing your own servicing! You can download the owners manual for free by going to the H-D website and the Owners tab.

I also get the redline kit. You will need to buy a extra qt of primary fluid, unless you have some lying around

Again, thank you guys.

UPS just dropped my redline kit off. Very excited to handle this.

1) yes, I did get an extra quart of primary fluid.
2) bonus thank-you for shop manual link. Going to change brake fluid & fork oil next.
3) Jim, hope you are doing well.
4) didn't want to do anything without consulting forum.

I always hope there is added value by dropping bike off with Indy. Tightening this or adjusting that. Everyone seems to be in a hurry. It's funny , I needed a tire and wanted brake fluid changed. They put the new tire on and neglected the brake fluid change. I didn't give them enough time. So, yes. I will refer to my shop manual and get that done as well.

Peace.......... Joe
