It's all about range and yes, they will still read it. The cats change emissions, flow, heat, etc. but the range on the 02 sensors will still function with no problem. What you will notice in the beginning is maybe some popping on decel, or a few things like that. But the fp3 will read the data and start to adjust as the tables fill up. Or, you can go in and manually tune a few things to start and then switch it over to the auto tune. That's what I did. With so many aftermarket parts, needed to do some manual tuning first. Once that is done, the auto tune can handle it from there. I spent years working in a dyno cell environment before going back to school for engineering. So depending on how many aftermarkets you are starting with (air/pipes, etc.) you may need to do the manual first.
