Always wanted to add cruise to my 01 FLHR but being carbed it would cost close to a grand. I was under the impression most classics had cruise? The best answer to your question may come from a HD parts department.
I think cruise was standard, but I guess I'll find out when I go look at the bike. I forgot to ask the seller on the phone. Google wasn't much help. Anyway, it's a good looking bike, and should be on my signature along the Limited by early next week. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to drive a ways to get it, but it'll give me an opportunity to get acquainted on my way home. But, there's going to be some long stretches of interstate, so I hope it DOES have cruise, because my Limited spoiled me.
It comes standard. Good luck with it working much longer. And there is no replacement for them. Three years ago, my dealer did a search nationwide and there were 2 units left. I passed due to the cost and it being my second bike anyway. Kinda wish now I had gotten it tho. Pretty much impossible anywhere to find parts.

Sorry for the rambling rant...
There's a few cruise modules on Ebay right now if you still want one.
