Advance Auto is running a deal on this bike oil through the 30th this month @ 2/$15. That works out to about $7.50/ea for those that might be mathematically challenged
BTW - anybody using this oil past or present? Thought I'd give it a whirl on my 'first' oil change on my 'new-to-me' scootr. I've got mixed feelings about which is best - synthetic or dyno. Hmmmmmmm, THERE'S a topic that should probably be hashed around....
Castrol Oil, it's probably as good or better than Syn3 oil, which goes to the lowest bidder.
Over the years I have used Castrol Oil in a number of my Honda & Yamaha Dirt Bikes it's good.
Probably a fine oil to use. I thought I would give it a try and changed oil prior to a 1800 mile trip up to the mountains. I thought my bike was gonna blow something out of the bottom every time I cranked it up. Motor had never been that noisy, I dumped it as soon as I got home.....FWIW
no synthetic for my bike... but then again i am one that just plain ole enjoys changing engine every 2 to 3 thousand..other holes at 5.. we all different and they all work

Man, you're keeping us all in suspenders! What did you change it to? 😜
Just curious, what do you consider 'older bikes'? Is my '03 in that bunch? I'm not sure what's in it since I am the new owner...
Yes this what I use in my 2002. I change the oil every 2500 to 3000 miles.
I have tried others like mobil 1 and wish I had just stuck with the bel-ray.
Just my 2 cents
