Might help to know how tall you are, inseam measurement, and sleeve length. There is a chance this isn't seat related, but handle bar position or reach. Hopefully, someone where you bought the bike in the "fit shop" can make some recommendations. Rotating the handle bars backward or forward slightly should be something you could do and test before you start thinking about spending lots of money.
I am 6'4". Yes too tall for a low but it was comfortable when I sat on it at the dealer. I figured out too late that I made a mistake. Now I just have to do what I can to get this one comfortable. Eventually I will look at bars but I know the low seat is positioned completely wrong.
I've already put an extended brake pedal on and highway pegs sp I can stretch out some.
I have the Led Zeppelin seat...very comfy for two up riding. Suggest that you look for a used one. There may be another seat with the same profile but without the adjustable bladders that would be less expensive. We've never adjusted the bladders...it's comfy as is.
