I replaced the stock Dunlops on my 2016 Road King Police with Shinkos last month, have about 2K miles on them and they ride so nice! Just ran from Orlando to Daytona and back this weekend, cruised at 80mph for quite a while and no wobble or shake or anything but a smooth ride.

I'll tell you like my uncle told me, as he's been in the tire business for quite some time: "New tires all feel good, but a good tire feels good when it gets old"
Just like on new cars, they put cheap tires on them and they ride well up until you get about 5000 miles on them then the car suddenly gets louder and the ride gets worse.

No offense, but a ride from Orlando to Daytona and back is hardly an endorsement. Especially given the potential difference in your two riding styles.
I'm a "cry once, buy once" kind of guy; I prefer quality in things over saving a buck. That is true no place more than the two items keeping you and your sled off the pavement (as stopping, changing directions, etc.).
