You got an exceptional deal. I've been looking for a deal like that for the better part of a year and I haven't seen anything in that price range. Granted, there are Road Kings out there for much less than the bike I'm looking at, but to find one in my immediate area like this bike has been slim pickings.
Just to clarify, I put the Corbin and the Chubby's on it... I had to drive up to Oklahoma but I'm in North Texas so it wasn't that long of a drive. Also I think all 2011 and up RKC's have the 103, ABS, Security etc... both my 2012 and 2011 did...
I was at the local Harley dealer Saturday afternoon - not to buy anything; I just like going to the "art" store as I call it.... Anyway, a guy had just picked up a 2019 Road King... bells went off etc.... its just great to be able to own one of these beautiful machines.

Put $9500 in cash on the seat and let them look at it… Then let him make the decision and let you walk away with your money or not. I can’t believe nobody deals in cash anymore. This works very well and it gets a person attention very quickly .

Yep, cash talks. But can also get a bullet put in your head and then your dead and out the $9,500 they could have used for funeral expenses.
Selling and buying anything requires a meeting of the minds. It requires a person who really wants to sell something and a buyer looking for the object. We know the seller wants to sell because the person listed the motorcycle on multiple sites and is asking a fair price, based on the majority of the feedback on this posting. What I think is missing is a buyer. From the responses I see, I don't think the OP is really in the market, he is trying to look for reasons not to buy. Once the motorcycle is gone, the OP will talk about how he missed a good deal. If you are so afraid you will have buyers remorse, you will never buy.
As for the cash offers, although I have never sold a Harley, I have sold a few unique cars for my aunt. It was amazing how many people would ask for a cash price. Even one alluded to me keeping part of it and telling my aunt that the car was worth less than we asked. If it is a $100 transaction, I expect cash. When it is a $10,000 transaction, I want a certified check. If the buyer keeps talking cash, I label them in a different category and never return their inquiry.

I have had this go both ways. When I am selling I expect a bank check but in the past I have been asked for cash when buying due to the buyers circumstances. The last bike I bought was from a guy going through bankruptcy and reporting what the bike was sold for important to the seller. I have also seen this with divorce settlements.
