Default 2011 Road King Classic Purchase Offer

I'm looking at a 2011 Road King Classic (Black) with 1,400 miles on the clock. I've been asking the owner questions about the bike and I am satisfied with the answers he's been giving me. So, now, it's down to the nitty gritty - price. He's got it listed for $11,900, which I'm not willing to give him. Based on the information below, what do you think would be a fair price for the both of us? Thanks!

NADA puts it around $11,500. What does the bike have for aftermartket parts?

It's pretty much completely stock, except for a detachable passenger backrest and a windshield bag. He had new tires installed and had the bike serviced at an H-D dealership. It has ABS, security and cruise. Here's a photo of the actual bike.

Yep, thats pretty much what I bought in August for $8100... mine had more miles and I put new tires on it because the once that came on it were original....

That's an $11k bike all day long and that would be a fair price. If you can get it cheaper great. But $11k is fair to both seller and buyer.

Not even broke in... 11k is fair but if he’ll come down give it a try.

In your opinion, obviously.... pretty strong to decide what is and isn't fair for everyone...

I'm pretty sure the seller could give 2 $hit's what you gave for your bike last year. But back on topic, I still believe $11k is a very fair price.
