I got a 2011 limited used that a PO installed aftermarket LED lights. But for some reason they come on by them selfs and drain the battery. both times the bike is in the garage and I am wondering if a Neighbors garage door opener is causing the lights go come on .
Is this ever possible ?
I have no clue on the manufacture of the lights and the remote I got with the bike looks like a universal remote with 4 buttons on it ( A,B,C and D )
Just change the power supply to a switched source. You're not one of those guys who leaves his lights on while he's in the bar, are you?
I'd never go to the trouble of installing lights, but my bike came with them and they were actually done quite well. I run them only while riding at night for extra visibility... As if my other lighting isn't already quite bright.

Here are the pictures of the remote and the control box, It is wired straight to the battery + and - .
