I just went through this with my bike , certain rpm's would cause it to vibrate through the road pegs and handle bars . It turned out to be a set of bad bearings in the front wheel . I removed both brake calipers and gave the wheel a hard spin , heard a tapping noise when I put my ear up against the axle . I knew it wasn't engine related because I pulled the clutch when it was doing it and it didn't go away .
Another thing worth checking , would be your brakes , when up off the ground , make sure your brake pads are releasing / retracting . Could need a good cleaning , check your pistons for debris and clean up the calipers and brake pads ( replace them if necessary ) . Not sure if abs brakes could be causing this , never had them .
How old are your tires / miles , front tire cupped , could be the reason for the vibration as well .
If your vibration is more of a handle bar shaker / wobble , could be steering stem bearing , need to be checked / re-torqued . Could be other things as well , like wheel alignment or swing arm bearings .
Maybe be a little more descriptive when describing your vibration , hopefully it's an easy fix .
