Ok, checked that accessories fuse.
Have power on it...both sides! That shouldn't be, I would think. Otherwise, what's the point of the fuse?
If you pulled the fuse and have 12V on both sides of the fuse holder then you're right it shouldn't be Try pulling other fuses to see what circuit is feeding the down stream side of the Accessory fuse.
Terminal to ground. The only way, otherwise you would complete the circuit and get a false reading.
According to the schematics, the key switch is the thing that controls it all. Which may have gone bad on me.
By chance is the run stop switch on the handlebars in the off position? you said the oil light wasn't on in a previous post and i believe that would cause it and a no turn over. If it is on maybe the switch or wiring is bad????
Just throwing **** a the wall to see if anything sticks.....
All things are seeming to lead to the switch.
According to the schematic, it is the only thing I haven't checked, and it would cause a "feedback" on the accessory side.
The only other thing I can think of is something went wrong with the ignition switch and it is not contacting something causing the failure. Hopefully something will show up so you can get the issue corrected.

Will be interesting to know if post 21 was correct.
