Ordered a set of Harley wheels from my dealer. Went with the contrast cut Fugitive wheels with polished floating brake rotors.
will be 19 inch front and 18 rear. Now I need to find set of tires that will keep about the same diameter as the 16 and 17 currently on it.
should have it all in next week.
to keep the same proportion, just use the stock sized tires for the 18'' and 19'' that harley has been using for years. the front is a 130/60b-19 and the rear is a 180/55b-18. my preferences are:
1. cobra chrome
2. american elite
3. stock
those are the only 3 that i've tried. i've heard some good reports on the bridgestone battle-ax h50s, but no direct experience. michelins, i've heard some good, and some have said that they have poor wet weather handling. again, though, no direct experience.

Metzeler Cruisetecs are another good option for those sizes. I have a set of them on my ‘18 Fatboy and they’ve been great so far. I’ve got 2,000 miles on them so far.
