From what I've seen & read these two types of mufflers are similar and can be purchased with different sized baffles. Can anyone give a comparision of which one sounds the best or the loudest depending on what size baffle their running? I'm not really looking for loud but a nice rumble that won't make my ears ring after a long or short run; maybe the 1.75" baffle would be thebest choice for this type of application, I don't know.
I can't compair the two, but I do know the Wild Pigs with the 1 3/4 are perfect for me on my bike. Good price on e-Bay too. I think I got them for like $150 or so. Can't beat em in my opinion.
Form what I have heard they are the same exact pipes. The WP are just a lesser quality. Great price though. I had them on my Street Glide. Didn't really care for the sound. They were supposed to be blems but never found anything wrong with them.

From what I've seen...........they are pretty much identical except for the price. You can get the WP's on Ebay for like $185 delivered now......still a great deal to add some sound to the bike. I've installed a few sets on bikes around here and everyone loved them, but I will say that a couple of sets are starting to "gold" on the right muffler where it connects to the stock header near the collector.
Haven't handled both brands but can say without a doubt the fit and finish of the Rushes are absolutely top-notch. Excellent chrome and the rear mounting bosses are nice solid bushings.
Another vote for Wild Pigs. Purchased them off Ebay about 9 months ago. I like the deep bass sound they have and my riding buddies say they are not too obnoxious to ride next to me or behind me. For the price they are an inexpensive way to add sound. If anything ever happened to them I might try the Rush's next just to compare the two.
